DO I HAVE TO PAY TO JOIN?
No, it's completely free. We wanted to give as many people as possible access to all our activities. We felt charging for membership may exclude some people.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We don't. That's not to say we won't add them in the future though.
WHAT DO I GET AS A MEMBER?
A set of like minded people who are truly passionate about everything space. As well as an informative newsletter, regular provocative talks and the opportunity to join teams for space related projects.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept debit card.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items, so please double check the detail you add is correct when ordering.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order, which we've grouped into bands.
For example a hoodie and mug will cost £3.50 for shipping, anything heavier will be £5.50.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We hope to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Allow about 2 weeks for non-clothing items, however clothing does take longer - about 6 weeks for it to despatch; we'll send you an email when it is. And from then it's approx 3-5 working days.
